Brian McLaughlin

Coach Brian started training martial arts as a teenager as a way to overcome anxiety and low self esteem. Martial arts training completely changed his life, giving him the confidence and tools to achieve things he never before thought possible. Brian has dedicated his life to spreading the benefits of martial arts training to children throughout the Hudson Valley. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the Hudson Valley’s only Professional Mixed Martial Arts Champion. His instruction is highly sought after – Brian was handpicked to train the US Army Combatives Team at Ft. Hood Texas and currently coaches multiple UFC fighters.
